Which drop-in class is best for you?
During term time there are a number of General Programme meditation classes to choose from - meditators of all level of experience are welcome to attend these classes. Check here for more details.

Choose from the following drop-in meditation classes...

  • Evening classes at the centre Tuesdays 7.30-9.00pm
  • Lunchtime classes at the centre Tuesdays and Thurdays 12.30-1.15
  • Evening classes in Heysham Wednesdays 7.30-9.00pm
  • Evening classes at Lancaster University Thursdays 5.00-6.00pm
  • Evening classes in Salt Ayre Thursdays 7.30-9.00pm
What is Meditation?
The classes provided are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Buddhist meditation is a method for developing inner peace by working with the mind. The benefits include:
