Being kind to others is a wonderful way to bring real happiness and meaning into our life. Those who are kind to others enjoy a balanced and peaceful mind. When we learn how to accept others we gain the wisdom to care for ourself in the best possible way. On this half-day course Gen Dema will teach beautiful meditations that will bring great benefit to ourself and others.

Gen Kelsang Dema
Resident Teacher at Chenrezig Buddhist Centre
Gen Kelsang Dema, resident teacher of Chenrezig Kadampa Buddhist Centre, has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 15 years.
She teaches in a very practical, clear and down-to-earth manner enabling people to easily apply newly gained knowledge in their daily life. Her good sense of humour and a relaxed manner come through in her illuminating teaching style.
Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in at any time. No need to book, just come along, relax and enjoy. There is no physical exercise involved – we sit on chairs unless you wish to sit cross-legged on the floor.
