Lunchtime Classes (30 mins)
The class starts with a 10-minute talk on the weekly topic. There is then a guided breathing meditation to let go of distractions, stress, anxiety & otherunpleasant feelings, or a meditation on the topic that helps us to transform our mind into a positive, peaceful, happy mind.
Evening Classes (1.5hrs)
This class starts with a guided breathing meditation to let go of distractions, stress, anxiety & other unpleasant feelings. This is followed by a teaching on the weekly topic. There is then a second guided meditation based on the subject of the class that helps to protect us from unpleasant feelings and replace these
with a peaceful & happy mind. After the class enjoy light refreshments while relaxing in our very cosy & comfortable reception area. There is the opportunity to informally discuss the ideas presented in the teaching or ask any questions.
What do I need to do to attend?
You don’t need to pre-register or have had any previous experience to attend these classes. Beginners are very welcome at every class – you will not be on your own. Dress comfortably. People sit on regular chairs or on cushions on the floor, depending on their preference.
