Our lives are often fast-paced and demanding, we will face future challenges, and may harbour wounds from past experiences. At times we feel overwhelmed, and simply coping with life is the best we can manage.

In this course we will discuss the mental states that limit our capacity, how we can cultivate mental habits which will strengthen our resilience, and upon this foundation how we can realise our potential for a happy and meaningful life.

Everybody is welcome to attend regardless of experience. The course will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve our ability to deal with stress.
