Wishing to move in a more productive, happy and meaningful direction we make various resolutions for a new start. For this to happen we need to connect with this potential within our mind.

Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. Beginners welcome.

CLASS FORMAT

Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. The teacher will then give a talk based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy, daily lives. The class concludes with a second guided meditation so that we are confident to begin practising on our own.
