upcoming courses

Most of us have a critical inner voice which not only disturbs our mental peace but can actually hold us back from living the life we want to live and from being the person we want to be.

In these teachings we will learn to recognise this inner critic as it affects our life and relationships and learn how, through meditation to silence it.

Through reflecting with wisdom we will learn how to develop true self confidence and to develop our full potential.Everyone is welcome.
