CLASS FORMAT
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. The teacher will then give a talk based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy, daily lives. The class concludes with a second guided meditation so that we are confident to begin practising on our own.

upcoming courses
In these classes discover that rather than feeling discouraged by all the problems and pain we see around us, and within us, we can develop a capacity to turn that negativity on its head, and to actually use it to empower our mind.
The result is that instead of feeling stuck and helpless, we experience an inner ability to transform suffering into powerful, positive states of mind, such as love, compassion and joy. This power enables us to not only grow spiritually, but also to exude a powerful positive influence on our world.
Everyone is welcome.
Wednesday 22 & 1, 8 Mar
Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So, what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with? So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build, and we can feel like another person is making us stressed and miserable.
Dealing with those whom we perceive as difficult becomes an amazing opportunity to transform adverse conditions into our own spiritual development. Through meditation we can learn how to keep our cool and respond in a more constructive and balanced way. Tension lifts and a relaxed confidence arises in its place.
Everyone is welcome.
