TWO WINGS TO FLY Compassion and Wisdom

NEW SERIES starting on Tuesday 9 April.

A seven week meditation course looking at the methods of developing compassion and wisdom taught by Buddha, showing the path to mental peace, happiness and freedom.

Suitable for everyone, these drop-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. Beginners welcome.

COST

£7 per class | Free for KMC Lancaster Members

CLASS FORMAT

Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. The teacher will then give a talk based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy, daily lives. The class concludes with a second guided meditation so that we are confident to begin practising on our own.
