About the Course
We can sometimes feel we need to go a long way away to truly relax and enjoy a break from the busyness of daily life. By learning to meditate, it is possible to reduce overthinking, overwhelm and other painful states of mind without great expense or having to travel far away from home.
Take just two days to discover how to find deep joy and contentment from within your own mind through the power of Buddhist mindfulness using various meditation techniques you can later confidently apply at home.
- Learn practical techniques to find inner tranquillity.
- Discover an oasis of inner calm, joy and strength amidst the unceasing pressures and difficulties of modern life.
- Find out how to respond positively to everyday difficulties through changing your mind.
