We will be holding another “Healthy Food for Thought” on this special day.
 
Come and enjoy a guided meditation followed by an excellent meal made from fresh, organic, plant-based ingredients. The evening will begin with a guided introduction to Buddhist meditation from 7-7:45pm followed by a sit down three-course meal from 8pm.
