Friday 30th September, 7-9.30pm. Doors open from 6:30pm. £20 per person

Come and enjoy a guided meditation followed by an excellent meal made from fresh, organic, plant-based ingredients. The evening will begin with a guided introduction to Buddhist meditation from 7-7:45pm followed by a sit down three-course meal from 8pm.
