Enjoy a stress-free afternoon of peace and tranquility. Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.  

During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have har­­mony in your relationships.  Especially suitable for beginners, you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.

Course fee: £15, FREE for centre members

This course can be attended in-person or as an online event, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the course.) Please indicate when booking which option you prefer.
