In our lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content.

On this course we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life and begin to uncover its true meaning.

This course is suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation.

The teacher of this course, Gen Kelsang Daö, is a Kadampa teacher who has taught internationally for many years. Daö explains clearly how to use Buddhist meditation to improve our life.

This course can be attended in-person following Covid guidelines or as an online event, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the course.) Please indicate when booking which option you prefer.
