MINDFULNESS URBAN RETREAT

Escape the stress and busyness of life and discover the peace of meditation for yourself. On this half day retreat on mindfulness, be guided in meditations that enable you to get to know and gain control over your mind, rather than having your mind control you.  

Learn the techniques to let go of negative, toxic thoughts, instead creating positive thoughts which give rise to happiness.  This will enable you to let go of painful, agitated minds and draw out your real potential; to be mindful, focused and peaceful in meditation and in your daily life.

Course fee: £15, free for members

This course can be attended in-person or as an online event, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the course.) Please indicate when booking which option you prefer.
