Escape the stress of life to discover the peace of meditation for yourself in these lunchtime meditation classes. Be guided through simple meditations that relax the mind and body, leading to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment. Learn the essential meditations to deal with anxiety, frustration and anger, and the painful mind of attachment. Beginners welcome. Drop-in any week.

These classes can be attended in-person following Covid guidelines or online, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the class.)
