Painful feelings such as anxiety, discontent, anger and loneliness can often feel overwhelming and stop us from being able to truly enjoy our life.  Through learning some simple Buddhist techniques of meditation and mindfulness we can let go of painful feelings, deal more confidently and effectively with negative mental habits and cultivate positive and peaceful states of mind.

Through applying these instructions to our daily life, our difficult situations and painful feelings can become easier to deal with, our mind can become more peaceful and consequently, we can live a happier life with more mental freedom.

With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Dao

The classes are self-contained so you can attend any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find happiness. Beginners welcome.
