TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS
Class fee: £5 per class.
The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find happiness. Beginners welcome.
Each and every one of us is able to tap into an endless supply of inner peace and happiness. Modern Buddhism presents the meditation and mindfulness techniques we need to achieve this. In these classes, open to everyone, Gen Dao will explain the methods that free us from negative emotions, making joy and happiness our everyday reality. Learn how to choose happiness in your life.
These classes can be attended in-person following Covid guidelines or as an online event, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the class.)

Gen Kelsang Dao
Resident Teacher at Chenrezig Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Gen Kelsang Dao has been the Resident Teacher at KMC New York, KMC California, Mahasiddha KMC, Sydney, KMC Liverpool and KMC Copenhagen and taught internationally for many years. She has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 24 years. She teaches in a warm, friendly and down-to-earth manner enabling people to see clearly how they can use Buddhist meditation to improve their lives.
