The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find happiness. Beginners welcome. Class fee: £5 per class. Tuesdays 7.30-9pm.

Gen Kelsang Dao

Resident Teacher at Chenrezig Kadampa Buddhist Centre

Gen Kelsang Dao has been the Resident Teacher at KMC New York, KMC California, Mahasiddha KMC, Sydney, KMC Liverpool and KMC Copenhagen and taught internationally for many years. She has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 24 years. She teaches in a warm, friendly and down-to-earth manner enabling people to see clearly how they can use Buddhist meditation to improve their lives.
